- Provided corporate communications services to senior executives of United Pan-Europe Communications, the world's third largest cable company, in support of their digital television and cable modem deployments. Work included speeches by CEO to industry conferences and analysts, magazine articles, website content and white papers (1999-2000).

- Authored more than 165 commissioned white papers and trade press articles on behalf of CableLabs. Articles appear in Cable World, CED, Cable Technology, and Multichannel News (1992-1999). Wrote A Decade of Innovation: The History of CableLabs 1998-1998 (published as book).

- Authored white paper, Cable's Role in America's Information Superhighway, personally submitted to President Clinton by a senior cable industry executive (December, 1992).

- Authored white paper for Tele-Communications Inc, High Speed Data Communications On Cable, submitted to Congress as part of a Department of Transportation study of telecommuting (July, 1993).
